Pest Control Booking

Please read the following terms and conditions that apply to you treatments including cancelling, missing or rearranging your appointments:

Reports are sent electronically by email to the person making the booking and occupiers where this information is given. This will include details of both parties.

I understand that removal of dead animals is not part of this service and will not be completed without payment of additional charges

I understand that the fee I am paying is for the standard service and that if additional visits or treatments are required I may need to make an additional payment.

I understand that if I am not at the property when the Pest Control Officer arrives a revisit will need to be arranged which may incur an additional charge.

I understand that if advised I must carry out any proofing measures in advance of the pest control visit.

I understand that I must carry out any proofing measures that I was advised about during my first visit.

I understand that if I have not carried out those proofing measures that an additional revisit may be required which may incur an additional charge.

I understand that I will receive a call 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the Pest Control Officer’s arrival.

I understand that the visit can take place any time between 8am and 6pm.

I understand that a visit can be rearranged free of charge if 24 hours (working hours Monday-Friday) notice is given.

I understand no refunds will be given for cancelled visits outside of the 24 hour notice period (working hours Monday-Friday).

I understand no refunds will be given if I fail to give the Pest Control Officer access to the property on the day the visit has been arranged.
